LOCAL FILMMAKERS: Odyssey: A major contemporary art exhibition at Bath Abbey

Watch this amazing video of ‘Odyssey’, a major contemporary exhibition at the Abbey until 6 May (2013). Curated by bo.lee projects, ‘Odyssey’ brings together a collection of artworks which meditate upon the fragility, as well as the infinite possibility, of human existence.

The video, produced by Matt Amor, will allow you to view all seven pieces from various angles, catch glimpses of the artists putting the finishing touches to their work in-situ, find out Patrick Haines’ own interpretation of all three of his pieces – with a brief introduction from Vicar Theologian, Alan Garrow.

Matt said, “I was asked to come and make this ‘behind the scenes’ look at Bath Abbey’s first art exhibition. It’s significant as it’s one of the ways the Abbey is attempting to re-engage with Bath residents. It features an interview with Bath-based artist Patrick Haines.”

Odyssey: A long journey in which many things happen
